It is a villa with 4 floors and we rent a studio apartment in the 4th floor.The villa is 10 minutes by walking close to the sea and overlooks the whole Saranda city from the balcony with stunning view.The studio apartment that we give for rent has a bedroom with 2 single bed,TV and airconditioner with a balcony for a stunning view to Saranda city, kitchen full equipped,oven,refrigerator, washing machine, bathroom.
We are a quiet, respectful and friendly family and we like to welcome quiet and responsible guests to enjoy their holidays.
It is a quiet and traditional neighbourhood with many private villas around with quiet,friendly and respectful neighbours.
