Built and renovated in 2024, our ZINS Luxury Apartments offer stunning sea views of the Adriatic Sea and direct access to Vollga Promenade, known as "Shetitorja e Vollgës". Stay at the heart of the city with stunning sea views and ancient Dyrrachium ruins just steps away.
Each spacious sea view apartment features a bed room with a king-size bed, equipped kitchen with an oven and fridge, living room with flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels, bed linens and extra pillows are featured in the apartments. The apartments are allergy-free and non-smoking.
At our location, you are close to the city center and ”Bulevardi Dyrrah”, a busy street lined with local shops, restaurants, and cafés. Nearby, you can also explore the Amphitheatre of Durrës and ancient city ruins. Just across the road is Shetitorja e Vollgës, a scenic promenade. This walk leads to Currila, where you’ll find various restaurants and bars, including our family-owned ”Zins” Bar Shisha Lounge and ”Gate03” Fusion Cuisine Restaurant.
The apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and are accessible by stairs or elevator.

The apartments are located in the heart of the city. Just a few steps away from supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants, pharmacies, playgrounds and local boutiques.
A taxi station is located right infront of the building on the main road if transport is needed. At our properties we do also offer paid parking with one electric vehicle charging station.
