We are a married couple, Sona and Boris, a teacher of the Armenian language and literature and a dentist and health manager. We love travelling, love arts and crafts, and we love meeting new people and creating great memories together. The B&B Sunrise House Aygavan is a private comfortable house located in the village Aygavan, Ararat Province, 39,9 km away from Yerevan, just opposite the biblical mountain Ararat. Currently the house is in the process of going green and becoming eco friendly. The family treasures values of living ecologically and suggests delicious food made with organic vegetables. The house is also a unique spot for local art and culture where various artists gather to have wonderful tasty evenings with a glass of old wine. Guests can use the living room, the kitchen, the balconies and the garden. The house is available to welcome guests all year round. We suggest spring vacations with apricot, cherry and peach blossoms, summer time holidays with sunkissed tasty fruits and vegetables, autumn harvest vacations and cosy winter evenings to celebrate Christmas and New Year with friends and families. Upon request we organize private or family tours to the nearby sightseeings.

Ararat Province is a paradise for those who love ancient castles, monastries and churches, high mountains and green valleys. Khor Virap, Garni , Geghard, the King Khosrov Forest and many other sightseeings are all within an hour of reach from Aygavan.
