We are providing a semi self service accommodation, housekeeping, reception and other hotel services are limited. Kindly note that outside guest, making party are PROHIBITED. Our guests house offers private rooms with own bathrooms. Conveniently located in downtown residential area, 2-3 minutes walk to Traditional Market and Saint Gregory (biggest church in Armenia) and 15-20 minutes walk to Republic Square and Vernissage Market. The vicinity is near to bakeries, supermarkets and affordable restaurants. please kindly read our e-mails/messages after reservations. We are hoping you will have a pleasant stay!
