Our property is located on the top of the hill 15 minutes drive from the Centre of Yerevan. We have a wonderful view, fruit garden, 80 sq.m terrace on your own to enjoy your free time and the sunshine. Your room has a separate entrance from the house through the terrace. Windows look to the garden and you have the greatest city view. You are welcome to spend time in the garden and help yourself to fruits, enjoy very quiet green area and fresh air. There is a wonderful supermarket in 2 minutes' walk from our house on the same sidewalk. The bus stop is in front of our house from where you can take a bus for 100 dram (0.25 cent) to the center of Yerevan. If you stay with us for 5 and more days, I will serve you with one lunch or one dinner during one of your days in our house !! :) ... and if you have time, we can play table tennis available on your floor on the openair terrace surrounded by greenery and city view !! Nevertheless, it is a very comfortable accommodation for couples (with maximum 1 child), as well as for those who need quiet place to work from home. Also, you can make your own BBQ on the fireplace on the same floor of your room. See you very soon 😍😍😍

I enjoy hosting and serving nice people and sharing our beautiful house and garden! I enjoy cooking for my guests. When you are back from travels and / or work it is the best place on the earth to enjoy maximum quiet and no sound environment.

Our area is part of well preserved old Yerevan with nice walking narrow streets. 10 minutes' walk from our house there is St. Mariya Chirch surrounded with green area, which is also part of the view from our house.
