Adobe Charm offers 300m2 of architecturally unique modern spaces yet built with rustic adobe walls. A long hallway connects the entry to the view of the vineyards to the back of the property and the social area to the two private bedrooms. The outdoor spaces are conveniently connected and have filtered light to relax and enjoy the extraordinary views. A fire pit is the best spot in the evenings to watch the star filled sky and enjoy a glass of Malbec wine. A pirca, or stone wall, surrounds the property providing ultimate privacy.
I am a native American living in Argentina for 15 years. I worked developing the property since 20009 and was the first person to live here at La Estancia. It's a secret paradise known only to few in the world that are privileged to enjoy it.
The property is located within La Estancia de Cafayate, a 1200 acre private vineyard retreat located 4 km from the town of Cafayate. The Adobe Charm home is located conveniently between the Clubhouse and the Athletic Club & Spa. The home is a corner property with Torrontes vineyards at the rear of the property and views in all directions. Cafayate offers so much to see and do in addition to wine tastings, you won't want to leave. (or wish you had spend more time here!)
