My accommodation offers a comfortable and fully equipped space for guests to feel at home. The house has a full kitchen, a living room, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a garage and a large patio with grill and cooking disc. The details in the decoration create a cozy atmosphere, and the furniture provides comfort for a pleasant stay. For added comfort, the accommodation includes air conditioning and WiFi. Upon arrival, guests will find a clean space ready to enjoy. In addition, I am always available to provide recommendations about the area and make sure they have an excellent experience.

The San Martín neighborhood is a quiet and safe area, ideal for relaxation. Its strategic location allows quick access to downtown Santiago del Estero, just 5 minutes away by car. Guests highlight the proximity to supermarkets, stores and local restaurants with traditional food. In addition, tourist attractions such as Plaza Libertad, the Cathedral Basilica and the Bicentennial Cultural Center are just a few minutes away. It is also an excellent location for those visiting Termas de Río Hondo, which is less than an hour's drive away.
