This beautiful flat combines tranquility and functionality, with easy access to public transport and close to the main tourist attractions of Buenos Aires. A neighbourhood full of history, a few blocks away is the restaurant El Progreso, open since 1852, tells the tragic story of a political figure of the 19th century. Menester is to mention the obelisk, the Colón theatre, the old central post office, among so many peculiarities that marked BA and Argentina. It is also safe, there are local police constantly in the area, apart from the private security that the prestigious restaurants have. This is the neighbourhood to get to know BA, and in case of visiting any other destination outside San Nicolas, the underground will be your best friend.
