Amplia casa en tranquila zona rural. La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada. Se encuentra a 40kms de la ciudad de Córdoba, a menos de 30kms de Villa Carlos Paz y a 9kms del centro de Alta Gracia. La casa dispone de espaciosos amplios comunicados entre si. El ingreso al predio es compartido con los huéspedes de la segunda casa, al igual que el uso de la pileta, la red de vóley y la cancha asfaltada de futbol. La casa no cuenta con TV ni con WiFi promoviendo la vida al aire libre y la comunicación.
