El departamento se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de Nuñez, muy cerquita de la cancha de River Plate y 100 mts de la Av del Libertador. El Edificio y el Studio son a estrenar, todo es nuevo y de excelente gusto, todos los muebles fueron diseñados optimizando todos los espacios, par que este luminoso departamento pueda ofrecer su gran categoria, y sobre todo garantizar una excelnte estadia para quien elija hospedarse con nosotros!! El laundry del edificio cuenta con lavadora y secadora.o.

Posee una excelente ubicación ya que se encuentra a solo 100 metros de Avenida del Libertador, a 400 metros del subte y a 600 metros del ferrocarril. La zona es muy tranquila y bien iluminada, con una gran cantidad de restaurantes y cafés.
