The house has a rationalist style. It is built on a dune, adapting the shape of the house to the original terrain. The house has 2 levels; In the upper one there is a suite with a view of the forest, and in the other there is the living room, a bathroom and another room, which can accommodate 3 people. The house has a garden, but to the sides there is a forest. The house being made of concrete is cool in summer.
I am the architect who designed the house, I like to live in Pinamar at a calm pace and play tennis.
The property is located just outside the center of Pinamar, in a residential area. It is located 15 minutes walk from the beach. The area is quiet and with a lot of nature. 5 minutes away there is a shopping center, where you can find anything you may need to cook.
