We have been renting out selected holiday apartments and holiday homes since 2004 and also operate them ourselves. Therefore, each of our accommodations is personally and same supervised by us. A central reception in the town center makes it easy for our guests to contact us. Due to our many years of experience, we know the different wishes of guests and therefore we also offer holiday homes in a wide variety of price and standard categories. So we can also respond very well and flexibly to your customer requests. Our own, experienced cleaning team is well trained and takes care of the cleanliness and condition of our holiday homes.

In April 2021, the renovation work was completed and our Absolute Active Mountain Resort opened. All apartments have been refurbished in a modern alpine style. Each apartment has its own ski and bike room with drying facilities. In the house there is a small but nice "private spa" with sauna which can be reserved according to availability. The central but quiet location is the perfect starting point for all activities. The reception area also has a lounge and bar. A sunny terrace belongs to our Café-Winebar.

In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps, Kitzbühel-Kirchberg lifts 1 km, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental lifts 5 km, Kitzbühel center 6 km, Swarovski Crystal Worlds 70 km, Krimml Waterfalls 60 km, various family and leisure attractions in the immediate vicinity.
