This family-run 4-star hotel is right next to the cable car in Alpendorf. It features an indoor pool, a spa area with sauna, steam bath and sanarium, and a lobby with an open fireplace. The traditionally furnished, country-style rooms at Aktivhotel Alpendorf come with a large balcony and free WiFi access. The restaurant serves regional and Austrian cuisine and provides views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern.Half board includes a 5-course dinner with a big salad buffet is available in the evening. In winter and summer, the Alpendorf Cable Car takes you up the Gernkogel mountain in only a few minutes. Parking is available free of charge at Alpendorf Aktivhotel. St. Johann im Pongau is 3 km away.
