Our house combines modern elements with classic Austrian tradition and offers you and your loved ones a cosy retreat where you can relax in the sauna, in the whirlpool, in the three comfortable bedrooms, in the shared large living and dining area as well as in the over 2000 m² garden on the hillside or go to the oper festival! The house is located on a great hillside and offers great activities and retreats for the whole family! Whether a cosy evening under a sunset on the terrace above the house on the slope (not yet visible in the photos - new photos will be added in spring) or sunbathing after the sauna on the main terrace in front of the house under a parasol - just let yourself be pampered! Our house is also perfect for dogs and four-legged friends are very welcome! The city centre of Salzburg can be easily reached by car in about 20 minutes. The house was built for the festival and combines luxurious facilities (sauna, whirlpool, PV, storage, electric charging point, new bathrooms) with classic Austrian flair and easy accessibility. The house is located close to many ski resorts and therefore offers you the perfect opportunity to relax after skiing!
