The apartment is located in the 5th district, about 8 walking minutes from the main station, but still very quiet in a one-way street. It is a very old house, built around the turn of the century, which is still being restored and renovated. A lift will be installed (it needs time...), a balcony is added later to the apartment also. The apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom & guest toilet, very casually cut. For babies and toddlers is also catered, there is a baby bed, a child's chair and of course toys. Parking is possible in front of the door (you have to pay) or there is also a parking garage, 3 walking minutes away. In July 2017 we got 4 bicycles, also a children's bicycle seat and a toddler bike.

It is a very nice area, much old building, central and yet quiet, everything is easy and close to get, 50m away is a very nice children's playground (also for larger ones), the public transport is numerous. And you are very fast in the center! Central Station: 8 min. South Tyrolean square: subway, tram, bus: 8 min Wiedner Hauptstraße / Laurenzgasse: Tramways: 5 min Airport: by car: 20-25 min We are also happy to pick you up from the airport or from a station - just contact us! If you are looking for tickets for an event, you want to find your own travel guide, plan specific tours, have a full fridge on your arrival, prefer a particular wine, always have a newspaper in front of the door or have breakfast rolls every morning... Everything is possible! We will do it! Because we can!
