We have a living / dining room with open kitchen; from the living room you can walk straight into the garden with garden furniture you can use. There are many windows with a beautiful view of the mountains and the cable car in between! There is a sofa in this living room where 2 more guests can sleep. The very spacious kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob with 4 burners, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and kettle. There is plenty of crockery, pans and cutlery for you to cook yourself. We have 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Also very suitable for children. Baby cots available. It is on the ground floor, surrounded by a garden. In the basement of the complex, we have a wellness area. This wellness area has a hot air sauna, an infrared sauna, a whirlpool / jacuzzi, a massage shower and lounge chairs. Finally, there is a ski storage room in the basement of the complex and a washer and dryer.

We are a family with a 4 year old son and love skiing and sailing. In winter we love coming to Austria and we hope to pass this hobby on to our son in the coming years! We want to share our apartment with other families who love to be in Austria.

In winter, everything is close by. Ski bus, ski slope, supermarket and center with restaurants are at a distance of max. 900 meters. In summer you can go by car to the beautiful Jagersee in Kleinarl and into the mountains with the gondola. The swimming paradise Wasserwelt (indoor and outdoor pools) is also within walking distance of the apartment.
