We offer a well equipped and renovated apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large livingroom/kitchen with a very comfortable sleepingcouch and a spacious loggia/balcony with great views over the surrounding mountains. The apartment measures 55 m2 and is located on the 2nd and highest floor, reachable by elevator and offers a private parkinglot, secured by a barrier. The center of Kaprun with it's (sport)shops, 2 supermarkets, ski-and bikerental and many restaurants can be easily reached on foot. The skibus stops right in front of the building. The apartment offers a dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave, vacuumcleaner, ironing equipment, a flatscreen tv, free Wlan, a safe, fans and much more! Coffee, tea, a welcomepackage, detergent and tabs for the dishwasher are available for your convenience! You receive 1 set of towels per person/week. Bedlinnen will be changed for free after 14 days. Extra towels cost Euro 5,00 per set. The registrationnumber according to the "§10 Salzburger Nächtigungsabgabengesetz" is 50606 *007291*2020.

Your guestcard is also your free ticket for the publich transportation in the region Zell am See-Kaprun! On the way to the nearby 5700 Zell am See you will pass a 36-hole golfcourse and the skiingarea "Schmittenhöhe", which will be connected to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn from next winter, the peaceful "Lake Zell" with it's inviting lidos and watersportactivities and ofcourse the stunning mountain scene that offers unforgettable memories in both summer and winter!
