Next to the slopes of the Arlberg Ski Area, Doff-Sotta Appartements is a 10-minute walk from the centre of St. Anton. The spacious apartments offer free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the mountains. Not direct access to the ski slope but - accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the ski slope. Decorated in a traditional Alpine style with wooden furniture, the apartments offer a kitchen or kitchenette with a dining area, a living room with cable TV, and a bathroom. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. The final cleaning fee is included in the rate. A ski storage room and free private parking are available at Appartements Doff-Sotta. The Arlberg Ski School and several sports shops are within a 2-minute walk. The nearest restaurants are 150 metres away.

We have a house with a total of 3 apartments, spread over two floors. Our house is in a very sunny and quiet location in the Nasserein district with a view of the Stanzertal and the nearby ski slope.
We do not take large groups so that we can have peace and quiet during the day and especially at night, as we are a family-friendly house.
We do not tolerate drinking binges and wild parties.
So that everyone feels comfortable with us and has a relaxed holiday, we kindly ask you to follow the following house rules. When you move into our apartment, we assume that you accept the house rules.
As we welcome people from many countries, different cultures and age groups, and their customs and interests often differ greatly, we have set out a few key points for a pleasant and relaxed stay that should enable all guests of our house to spend a wonderful holiday in our house, alongside and with each other:
* No special rules for toilets - these must be used every day, including Saturdays.
* Garbage problem - we have fully equipped kitchens, so please do not bring your own plastic dishes with you (for the sake of the environment).
*Lights must not be left on all day. There are motion detectors in front of the house and in some rooms that work at all times.

The Nassereinbahn is in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the new snowmaking system, skiing is possible almost all winter long, almost right next to our house.
The Arlberg ski school and several sports shops
are in the immediate vicinity.
The new 9-hole golf course is a good drive away from the house. Quiet area!
