From mid-May to mid-October, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of cable cars and buses, lakes, baths and other local attractions. A natural latex sleeping system is available in the northern sleeping room. It is said to ensure a better sleep and is often used with shoulder, back, and intervertebral disc complaints. We have recently expanded our offer and we can provide you the usage of our washing machine at an additional fee (payable onsite). Our personal passion is traveling, cooking and for a few years now our offspring. We like to spend time in nature, for example, hiking, cycling, in the forests, skiing, cross-country skiing, etc. We can recommend the Schladming Dachstein region to almost anyone. It offers families, groups of friends, solo travellers in summer and in winter time a lot of entertainment and variety. We like to rent out our flat to like-minded people, who value and respect a high-quality equipment. There is almost everything in the apartment, what you need to enjoy a hassle-free holiday!

From the living room, the terrace/loggia or the sauna you have a breath-taking view of the Planai slope, the Schladming Tauern mountains and the city. The in-house spa area offers a relaxation room, a sun terrace, a Finnish sauna (small usage fee per half hour) and an infrared cabin (free of charge) to your disposal. The Schladming "Erlebnispark" (water park) is fun for young and old and can be used free of charge in the summer months as part of the Summer Card. There is a short 10-minutes walk to the town square or to the Planat-Planai stadium, thanks to the privat walkway of our apartment (from the cellar floor or starting behind the house). For our guests we have compiled detailed information and recommendations about the region Schladming / Dachstein, which we will send to our guests in advance. In the apartment are different toys for children of all ages, books and mainly in German. Cots and high chairs are available on request! The air conditioning of the apartment is done by cooling the ceiling (very pleasant and natural cooling, no cold drafts!) (=detail of the equipment "air conditioning")!
