The house is located at the end of a quiet dead end street. On the ground floor there is kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, on the first floor 3 bedrooms and a toilet. The kitchen has microwave, gas hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with 2 drawers. Cutlery, plates and cooking utensils are available. The bathroom with underfloor heating, has 2 sinks, large shower, toilet, toweldryer and hairdryer. A package of towels (washcloth, hand towel and shower towel) can optionally be booked. The Dachstein room is south-facing with a balcony, a double bed and a 3-door wardrobe with a safe. The Grimming room, also facing south, is a mansard room with a double bed and wardrobe with safe. The Lawinenstein room is north-facing with two single beds and a wardrobe. Bed linen is included and beds are made on arrival. The north rear terrace overlooks a neighboring pond. The south front terrace has a BBQ, fresh herbs are available in the herb garden (seasonal). You can safely store sports equipment and others in the attached lockable storage space. Electricity: 5kWh and gas: 7m3 (winter), 2m3 (summer)/day are included (standard consumption)

The house is practically furnished with an eye for detail for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of coat racks, a shoe brush is provided outside to brush your walking shoes, shoe racks both in the house and in the storage room, easy access to free internet via WIFI with QR code, etc. We hope to welcome you soon and wish you a pleasant stay! For latecomers on Saturday or arrival on Sunday eg. you should know that the shops close on Saturday at 6:00 pm and only open again on Monday at 7:00 am.

Our cottage is located in the middle of the idyllic Salzkammergut-Ausseerland, which is known for its impressive mountain landscape and many relaxing lakes. Altaussee, Bad Aussee, Bad Ischl, Dachstein Glacier, Grundlsee, Halstatt, Salzwelten Altaussee, ... are just a small selection of the wide range that the area has to offer. Discounts and benefits for the various attractions are available via the Winter/Sommercard Salzkammergutcard. You will automatically receive this with a minimum of 3 nights. Several cross-country ski runs and hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus is free if you have a valid ski pass, the ski bus stop is 100m away. For cross-country skiers (in clothing and with a valid piste ticket) the ski bus Bad Mitterndorf and the ski lift in Tauplitz village are free (1x/day)
