The house is located in a quiet area and offers a breathtaking view. It is a three-story house consisting of the ground floor, the first floor, and a basement. In the basement, there is an additional separate accommodation featuring two single beds, a kitchenette, a dining table, a sofa, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Our holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests—or up to 10 guests if 2 people are willing to sleep on the two sofas on the ground floor. PLEASE NOTE: The costs for cleaning, laundry service, electricity consumption, local tax, firewood, and garbage bags, as well as the pet fee, are charged separately by the manager at the end of the stay and are not included in the rental price. Cleaning: 120 Euro if the house is used without the basement accommodation. 160 Euro if the entire house is used.
