Ötztal in Tirol has been our holiday destination for several years now ! Both in winter and summer, we seek out the beautiful Alps from Belgium for skiing and hiking. This shared passion prompted brothers Luc and Eric to look for a second residence in this beautiful valley; the Ferien Apart Bergstille. We strive for sustainability and respect for the environment and want to ensure that we do our bit to preserve the beautiful environment in which we find ourselves.

Welcome to Ferien apart Bergstille, part of the Steindl family's charming chalet. You will find Ferien Apart Bergstille in the quiet district of Astheln, 1 km from the bustling centre of Längenfeld in the beautiful Ötztal - Tyrol. You reach the flat via an outdoor wooden staircase on the first floor with its own private entrance. Ferien Apart Bergstille is furnished according to the traditional Tyrolean architecture of the region. Enjoy the comfort: 2 spacious double bedrooms each with their own bathroom, satellite TV, a safe and attractive wooden furniture and floors in each room. The full flat also has a sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From the sitting area, you can access a small balcony. The accommodation has a place for ski storage in winter or bicycles in summer. Upon arrival, there is 1 bottle of mineral water in your room. Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. Parking is free and can be arranged next to the chalet. Ferien Apart Bergstille is located in a beautiful nature reserve with plenty of opportunities to get out and about with your dog. We understand how important your dog is to you and therefore dogs are welcome with us. Within walking distance (about 800m) you will find the breathtaking Aqua Dome, a world-class relaxation resort. Längenfeld is a cosy village with shops and delicious restaurants in the centre. The Sölden ski area is 10 km away and easily accessible by a free ski bus. The bus stop is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. In winter, you can make free use of the Freizeit Arena Sölden, a leisure centre with swimming pools and a spa. Couples can particularly appreciate the location - they gave a score of 9.4 for a trip for two.
