Our holiday home is in a quiet location close to nature and yet with good transport links exactly between the excellent family ski areas Kappl (4 minutes), the water fun park in See (4 minutes) and near the mega-ski area Ischgl 12 minutes ideal for families. The bus stop with a free bus for all winter sports enthusiasts / summer guests is approx 2 to 3 minutes walk away. The bus goes directly every 1/2 hour. Originally my parents house - our house was individually designed and rebuilt by both of us for you with great attention to detail - otherwise we are a Family Partner member of the Skischaukel Kappl/See and member of Silvrettacard premium in Summer from 16.06 till 15.10.2023 for all of our guests. We are always there for our guests and are happy to answer any requests. Some of them have already been implemented by us - box spring beds, hair dryers, barbecue facilities depending on availability, FLAT TV in all rooms, super-fast fiber optic internet, cosmetic mirror, PANORAMA + cable car TV for the best information, silvretta card premium, for summer guest we could provide you a freezer if yo need and much more. .... FOR US IT IS OF COURSE THAT ALL CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS OLD STAY FOR FREE!

We offer you three comfortable equipped apartments with a free covered car parking place and free wifi: * 75 m² gardenapartment with huge garden wendy house and sandbox for 4 till 7 persons * 100 m² apartment with balcony and a terracce for 6 till 8 persons - two rooms with own washbasin * 135 m² luxuryapartment split level with living room, balcony for 5 till 7 persons All kitchen includes a very spacious eating area, tableware, glasses, dish towels, tablets, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob/baking oven, fume hood, microwave, lrefrigerator/freezer drawer, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, some access to balcony or garden, babychair is possible. All bathrooms with shower/WC, washbasin, hair dryer, cosmetic mirrow, toilet - warm water with water heater – instant hot water, with initial quantity of toilet paper, some of the bathrooms are with side and push rods, rainfall showerhead and double washbasin. For all guest included is one hand- and one showertowel, bed linen for the whole time, parkingplace, wifi and in summer silvretta card premium is included for all guests in summer. All sleepingrooms are with boxspringbeds and Panorama/FLAT-TV.
