We, Mike & Ruth, are the new owners of Gästehaus Branders. After a few longtime travels, we decided to do something totally different with our lives. So we moved to Namlos! It is wonderful to live here and we enjoy it a lot to be able to offer our guests a nice holiday. We both love to be outside in the nature, and whenever there is time, we go exploring the surroundings ourselves, looking for new activities and tips to share with our guests!

Our Gästehaus lies in the middle of Namlos, een small authentic farmer's village in the north-west of Tirol, halfway the magnificent mountain road connecting Berwang (12 km) with Stanzach (10 km). We rent 3 double rooms and 2 apartments. In our newly renovated breakfast room, we serve an extensive breakfast buffet, eggs are being freshly prepared according to the guest's wishes. Our drying room is available free of charge, during winter and summer. All our guests have access to free, fast wifi in the whole building. We do not have a swimming pool. But …. We have an agreement with the open air swimming pool of Berwang. There is a well-maintained sunbathing lawn with beautiful views and a big swimming pool. The water is always 26°. We arranged free entrance for all our guests, as many times as you like! Just in front of our door is an excellent restaurant that does not only serve the typical Austrian dishes, but also has some very good local specials on the menu. The interior is fully wooded, the meals are ample and the prices are democratic. This place is frequented by tourists as well as by locals.

Gästehaus Branders lies in the middle of the town of Namlos, halfway the magnificent mountain road connecting Berwang (12 km) with Stanzach (10 km). The Zugspitz Arena and Lech Valley are at an equal distance. Both touristic areas offer in winter and in summer endless possibilities for an activ holiday! Namlos lies in a beautiful mountain scenery. Summits as Wetterspitze or Knittelkarspitze speak to the imagination of both hikers and tour skiers. Ski lifts can be found at a 10-min drive (Rinnen, Berwang). During Summer, we give all our guests free entrance to the outdoor swimming pool in Berwang. Take a nice swimm in the water with a constant temperature of 26° degrees, or enjoy the magnificient views from the sunbathing lawn! Just in front of our door, there is a very nice restaurant serving typical Austrian food, but also has some nice local specilities on the menu. The portions are large and the prices very reasonable. Locals and tourists share the same table.
