The house Martha can look back on almost 40 years of experience in the private rented accommodation area! Mrs. Martha and Mr. Herbert Schennach are the good souls in the house and take care of the well-being of our guests!

The conversion work has been completed as scheduled with July 15! See for yourself! The house Martha bridges you from winter with partly renovated rooms and new apartments in the Landhausstiel! We also offer our guests from winter 2017/18 with an infrared outdoor cabin a very personal kind of wellness for 2 persons! All inclusive! We are looking forward to spoiling you in our house.
