This recently renovated apartment is located in one of Linz's most popular residential areas, on Auberg.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was until recently inhabited by the owner. In the morning, the sun shines from the east, and in the evening, it comes from the west, directly into the apartment. It is always bright.
In summer, the air conditioning is an important asset.
In just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the tram stop, a small shopping center, and several restaurants. Despite this, the location is quiet and only a few minutes away from the most beautiful spots in Linz.
For those who enjoy walks in nature, the Pöstlingberg is just a few minutes to the north.
