My cozy, family-friendly home is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, in a pleasant proximity to the city but still beautifully in the countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, mixer and dishes. The living room includes a couch that is 1.50m x 1.90m in size. There is a 32" TV available also. The bedroom has a large bed (1.80mx 2.00m), air conditioning and a spacious closet. The bathroom is complete with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. In front of the house there is a spacious parking lot with parking possibilities for several vehicles. On the opposite side of the house you will find a large garden with a gazebo. There is also a hen house with several free-range chickens running around.

In my free time, I am passionate about flying with my paraglider high above the mountains and valleys of Carinthia. Ideally, I hiked up one of these mountains first. If you share this beautiful hobby (or just like to hike) I can show you one or the other delicacies from my area.

In the immediate vicinity there are all important shops such as a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and also a very good restaurant. The house is almost at the foot of the Radsberg, on which there are also a few small hiking trails and which, as a special highlight, offers the Mickl snack station, with a wonderful panorama over the Rosental valley and which is especially known as a mecca for paragliders
