Located directly on Austrian shore of Lake Constance (Bodensee). 1st row on the Lake! You can enjoy the gorgeous sunset on the lake from the west facing balcony and go directly for a swim! 3 km from Bregenzer Festspiele, 3 km from Lindau Therme, 14 km from Dornbirn Exhibition Centre, 34km from Friedrichshafen Fairground and 39km from Olma Messen in St Gallen.
There is a private as well a public outdoor swimming area right in front of the flat. The new Therme Lindau with an indoor pool is a 5min drive. Indoor Hallenbad Dornbirn is a 15min drive. At the apartment building start beautiful hiking, biking and mountain biking trails. The famous bike trail around Lake Constance goes directly by the flat. Two golf courses, Golf Club Lindau-Bad Schachen and Golfclub Bodensee Weißensberg are a 10minute drive away. The Bregenzer Festspiele offer a great cultural experience. In addition to other operas and concerts throughout the year. The luscious green meadows of the Bregenzerwald are a 15min drive. Train station Lochau is next door as well as several bus routes. Lochau, Lindau and Bregenz with their culinary and cultural offering can be easily reached by train. Also trip to Innsbruck, Liechtenstein and the famous Arlberg ski station can be reached with the train. Airports Memmingen and Zurich can be easily reached by train.
