Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblutâs centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The GroÃglockner High Alpine Road can be accessed 50 metres from the hotel.
Decorated in an Alpine style with Habsburg Empire touches, all rooms come with free WiFi, cable TV, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer.
As a welcome drink, a bottle of mineral water will be offered in each room.
Guests can also benefit from a two-storey relaxation room with a panoramic terrace. Soft bathrobes are available for free.
Free private parking is available on site. Furthermore, guests can choose to park their car in the underground car park, which is offered at a surcharge. Within a 5-minute walk, guests of the Kaiservilla can make use of the public pool and indoor tennis and squash facilities.
