Die Zufahrt zum Haus verläuft über unsere Privatstraße. Ein Auto könnt Ihr in der Garage parken, weitere Stellplätze vor dem Haus. Privatsphäre auf 4600qm Grundstück mit 3 Terrassen (Ost-, Süd-, Westseite) und 180 Grad Panorama-Blick. Über 250qm Wohnfläche auf 2 Ebenen mit 2 Balkonen (Ostseite Richtung Attersee und Westseite Richtung Mondsee). Insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer nutzbar. Auf Ebene 1 befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, eigenem Badezimmer, Miniküche und Zugang zur Südterrasse. Im Obergeschoss zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und jeweils eigenem Badezimmer und eigenem Balkon. Das Ankleidezimmer zwischen Master Bedroom mit offenem Kamin und Badezimmer kann auch als viertes Schlafzimmer mit zwei weiteren Einzelbetten genutzt werden. Auf Ebene 1 befindet sich die Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein offener Wohnraum mit Kachelofen und großem Essbereich und das Kaminzimmer. Ein weiterer offener Kamin befindet sich auf der Westterrasse mit Blick Richtung Mondsee. Ihr habt Zugang zur Garage und zur gesamten ersten und zweiten Etage, samt Balkone, Terrassen und Garten.
