Your premier all season suburban home for up to 4 guests, placed in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. The house was intensively renovated and refurbished beginning of 2020. It attracts plenty of sunlight and offers a lovely terrace and a generous balcony for the bedrooms with huge glas doors. The nights are very quiet for a refreshing sleep. Because of the strong insulation it stays cosy and warm in the winter and cool during summer.
At your stay the house is all yours. We live very close so in case you need anything we can support you quick and easy. Of course you can call us at (mostly) anytime or reach out via email or messaging. In case you are planning for a longer stay we can offer house cleaning or washing services on request.
The neighbourhood is very chill and quiet as it is a typical suburban living area. It is located close to the diplomatic area of the Uno-City. The famous recreation area of "Alte Donau" is very close. It is a beautiful and large area for swimming, boating or having walks. It offers many lovely restaurants, you can rent an electric or sailing boat or simply enjoy the sun or a nice dinner. The city center is about 20-40 minutes by car, this depends on the traffic. Public transport is in 5 minutes walking distance and its about 30 minutes to the center. There is plenty of parking space on the street in front of the house. Just be aware that you have to pay for parking during workdays. You can get parking vouchers in any tabac shop or with the parking app from the city.
