Enjoy a car-free vacation in our apartment in the beautiful Neustift in the Stubai valleyl. We are located very central, the heart of the village of Neustift, just 3 minutes away from numerous shopping and leisure facilities, such as restaurants, cafes and shops. The bakery is just a 2-minute walk away. The bus stop with free bus rides in summer and in winter and which takes you to the family-friendly ski resorts Elferlifte Neustift and Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes or the impressive Stubai Glacier, is located directly in front of the Artho apartment. In just 20 minutes you can reach our picturesque city of Innsbruck. The apartment features a large bedroom, a wonderfully comfortable bed/living room with couch bed and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Also on offer in the apartment is, of course, a large bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a separate toilet. From the large sunny south-oriented balcony you have an unforgettable view of the impressive Stubai Glacier, Austria's largest glacier skiing area. Parking is available directly outside the apartment and the Wi-Fi connection can be used free of charge.

With its glacier and the family skiing resorts, the Stubaital offers snow from October to June to skiers, ski hikers, cross-country skiers and skaters. Explore the idyllic winter white in the Stubaital using the many beautiful trails. The ice rink in Neustift or Fulpmes offers daily skating and curling in the evening and is always worth a visit for the whole family. The Elferlift resort, just 7 walking minutes away, offers day and night sledding fun for the entire family and Tyrol’s longest sled run is lit 3 nights a week. Ferienhaus Artho is also partner of the Stubai Super Card. The Stubaital offers a wide range of activities for families with children, competitive and recreational athletes. Explore the Stubaital on a leisurely bike ride with a mountain or e-bike. The Stubaital offers several themed trails such as the Wilde-Wasser-Weg with the impressive Grawa waterfall, the Geh-Zeiten-Weg in the Elfer area or the barefoot hiking trail in the Schlick 2000 resort. Enjoy a fast ride on the summer toboggan run at the Serlesbahnen after your hike.
