The apartment was lovingly renovated and adapted in 2022. It has new tasteful furnishings and plenty of space! From the covered terrace, you enter the front door and go up to the first floor where the apartment is located. The small entrance hall/wardrobe leads straight into the bathroom and to the right into the apartment. The bedroom, separated from the living area by a glass sliding door, has a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels are included in the price. The property consists of a main house and an outbuilding. The outbuilding contains a garage and the holiday apartment, while the main house is rented out long-term. Guests are free to move around in the garden behind the outbuilding, where there is also a large pond. The area in front of the main house, directly in front of the garage, can be used by guests as a parking area.
Peratschitzen is situated amidst the idyllic landscape of the Drau Valley. Here, you can go for extensive bike tours and swim in the beautiful Lake Klopein. Klagenfurt offers a full cultural program for you to enjoy.
