This 46 m² apartment, furnished with modern materials is located on the second floor of the Residence Silvretta, a collection of luxury apartments located in the quiet area of the village. The apartment opens in to a stylish, modern and open living and dining room. A fully equipped, single wall kitchen allows for an easy preparation of meals, which you can enjoy at the spacious wooden table. Through the large windows, which reach from floor to ceiling, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the incredible mountain panorama from the inside. For sunny days there is a balcony where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. The combination of light wood tones and black accessories create a wonderful, cosy atmosphere, perfect for returning after a day of skiing on the mountain. The Apartment is sold on a catered or self-catered basis.

In the Paznaun Valley you can enjoy a breathtaking mountain scenery with the clearest mountain air. Besides Silvretta Arena (Ischgl/Samnau) you can ski in other three ski resorts - See, Kappl, and Galtür. These ski resorts, each of about 42km of ski slopes, offer a perfect ski conditions and splendid views over the Paznaun Valley. Ischgl and the neighbouring villages offer various activities during the winter as well as the summer season. Besides skiing and snowboarding, you can enjoy snowshoeing on hiking trails through the untouched mountains. The ski resorts See and Kappl are perfect place for ski alpinning or snowshoeing high up on the mountains. Between Galtür and Ischgl you will find about 70km of cross-country trails. In Ischgl there is one of the longest night toboggan runs in the Alps or you can enjoy ice-skating at the town center. Among other recommended activities are horse-drawn sleigh rides through the winter wonderland and skyfly zipline above the slopes of Ischgl. The park stays open also in summer.
