Please note that check-in takes place at Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn Wien, Hietzinger Hauptstraße 10-14, 1130 Vienna (a 10-minute walk from the palace through the palace garden). The hotel's concierge will accompany you to the suite. You will receive keys to enter and leave the palace at any time.
Please note that the elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor and the suite can only be reached via a staircase with 22 steps.
