Welcome to the creative heart of Graz – right at lively Lendplatz, a farmers’ market by day and a place for culinary and cultural enjoyment in the evening. This stylish and fully equipped apartment with a view of the Schlossberg accommodates 1 to 4 guests. The sofa bed includes a slatted frame for restful sleep. The main square and city center are just a short walk away. Free parking is included.

The apartment is located directly on Lendplatz, the trendy meeting place in Graz.
A delightful farmers market is held here Monday to Saturday, where you can buy local specialities.
There is a wide range of places to eat in the Lend district. There are already many options on the Lendplatz itself, but there are also restaurants, bars and cafés around the square in all directions.
The green areas in the Volksgarten, 1 minute walk, invite you to have a picnic.
The famous Kunsthaus – also called Friendly Alien – can be admired on Lendkai.
The Murinsel by the New York designer Vito Acconci separates the two sides of the river and is also part of the Lend district.

***Nuremberg houses on Lendkai: There are numerous of these ornate houses in the late historicist architectural style along the banks of the Mur.
***The Rosegger House: The house built in 1913, lying on a corner, was dedicated to the writer Peter Rosegger.
***The Rondo: a modern building with residential, office and business space artist studios.
***The Orpheum: a small theater stage and the giant golden feet
***The central fire station: the pompous fire engines are parked in a glass box near the Lendplatz. It's a dream for children to be able to see these vehicles up close
