Hello, I'm Stani, love nature, mountains, hiking, mountainbiking and of course skiing. This place is really unique, come and enjoy.

The studio is located on the sunny side of the valley, about 1200 m only 1,5 km from the familiy skiresort Hockheil. The large skiresort Hochkönig is about 4 km from the property. There is (ski)bus connection, bustop just in the front of the house. The area is pretty quiet and have some amazing views to the nearby mountains. In the winter one of the snowiest places in the country, thank to the Hochkönig range. In summer an idyllic location with supergreen alpine meadows surrounded by forest. An absolutely must for all hikers, mountainbikers. There are many walk path in the area. The curvy mountain road of the so called Hochkönig Alpenstrasse is a must for all motorbikers.
