Cozy flat in Kitzbühel pedestrian zone in the house where Austrian ski legend Toni Sailer was born. Direct access to shopping possibilities, restaurants, bars, nightlife. 300 meters to Hahnenkammbahn. Everything is in walking distance! Flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with eating area and 50 m2 terrace overlooking the Hahnenkamm mountain and the famous "Streif". Parking place available. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, all kitchen, bedding and bath accessories, Internet WiFi. Sleeping places 4 adults + kids. Perfect vacation home for young people as well as families with children!
You will enjoy staying seconds away from all Kitzbühel attractions. Groceries, drugstores, fashion outlets, bars, restaurants and discotheque - all within 100 meter walk from the apartment. At the same time: Be sure to get perfect sleep- both bedrooms overlook quite Malinggasse with marvelous Hahnenkamm views and 50 cm walls provide full sound protection. Thus, flat is fully suitable for family with small children.
Ski lift Hahnenkamm is 5 minutes walk away. Aquarena is just around the corner.
