MORE AND MORE OF LESS AND LESS The Kellerstöckl, newly built in 2013, measures five by six meters and is largely constructed with natural materials such as brick, clay, and wood. The clay plaster creates a natural feel and a pleasant indoor climate, ensuring ideal humidity levels at all times. The ground floor features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom is located in the attic, also with a panoramic view. The attic has a ceiling height of 185 cm in the middle! Relax on the 13 m² terrace, shaded by a sun sail, with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet and panoramic views of the rolling hills and idyllic vineyards of the Klöcher wine region. Let your gaze wander from the Slovenian hills of Prekmurje, the Radkersburg Thermal Region, to the Koralpe region and the Karawanks (Petzen) Mountains, as well as Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia. The kitchen is NOT equipped with an extractor hood. Instead, a portable mini extractor fan must be used. A steep attic staircase leads to the bedroom. Coffee tabs are provided at cost. Smoking & open flames: Smoking, handling open flames, and lighting candles are not permitted indoors.

The Kellerstöckl is located in the heart of the Klöch wine and culinary region in Styria's thermal and volcanic region, making it the perfect starting point for your holiday activities and culinary explorations. All panoramic photos were taken from the terrace. A panoramic video is available upon request. The vineyards surrounding the Kellerstöckl are organically farmed by a winegrower. During your stay, pruning, pest control, harvesting, and other minor work may be required. Please note that, depending on the weather, vineyard work must be carried out regardless of the day of the week or time of day. Entry into the adjacent green Kellerstöckl to the west, including the terrace, which is not used by the owner year-round, is not permitted.

Stage 1 leads around the Seindl (7 km) and Stage 2 around the Hochwarth (6.5 km). The starting point is always the Klöch wine shop. Numerous wine taverns, inns, and refreshment stations along the way invite you to linger.
