The apartment is located in a family residence with two residential units (the second residential unit is currently unoccupied).
Ideal for technicians or workers,as there is also a large parking lot on the street.
The apartment is functionally furnished and consists of a kitchen, bathroom/WC, living room and bedroom.
The floors are parquet and therefore also advantageous for allergy sufferers.
Access to the property and the apartment is not handicapped accessible.
The heating is centralized via gas heating, but can be regulated individually in each room.
All windows have shutters, so complete darkening is also possible.
TV set is available with the possibility of using streaming services with your account.
A garage can also be provided (for a fee - please ask separately) and in front of it there would also be a parking space on the street (without fees - directly in front of the garage - see picture).
In the apartment you will also find a folder with all relevant information.

The location of the apartment is central, i.e. within 5-10 minutes you can walk to the city center with shopping facilities (food, clothing, banks, public transport, ...) and on the other hand in the traffic-calmed top location (villa area) of Bruck.
Public transportation can be reached in approx. 10 minutes,
Graz airport is approx. 65 km (45 min) away.
Popular excursion destinations such as Wildpark Mautern-"Der wilde Berg" or the "A1 Ring" in Spielberg are only 30 minutes away.
