This particularly sunny small apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Lendviertel, exactly between the train station and the old town on the so-called "right bank of the Mur" with a view of the Volksgarten with a French balcony. You can easily reach the whole city on foot. The property itself is down a very quiet lane.
I am available for questions and tips
The Volksgarten is right in front of the door - there are meadows, meadows, meadows and trees. There is also a playground, table tennis tables, a soccer field and outdoor fitness equipment. The farmer's market at Lendplatz is 2 minutes away. Bars, restaurants, small shops, train station, cinema, fine cultural offerings, art gallery, museums, exhibitions, clubs, table tennis, fitness studio, local recreation area, shops, sauna, swimming pool, outdoor pools in summer, numerous festivals, flea market twice a year and much more – and still quiet and seclusion, if that’s what you like. You will love it! In summer from May to September, free yoga in the park every Wednesday at 6 p.m. weather permitting. Almost everything is within walking distance. There is also a good public tram and bus network. The train station is also only a 5-minute walk away. Bicycles can be rented in the area.
