From the moment that you walk in the door you will be impressed by the modern appliances and furnishings that this unit offer. Open the doors up to make the most of the sunny verandah and take in the views over the bay or relax inside in ducted air conditioned comfort. Fancy a dip, walk out your door, into the lift and the resort style pool awaits you and your family. The complex also offers a communal BBQ area, sauna, gymnasium and undercover secure parking. We manage many units in this complex so it is perfect for the extended family and friends to all be together and a quick 5 minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay. Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.   Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Tri Bunk ( Double underneath & Single above) + Single Bed Parking - One undercover secure carspace  ( PLEASE NOTE - THE PARKING DOESN'T ALLOW FOR TRAILERS)

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
