Add to that a modern two storey townhouse with air conditioning and an easy, very scenic walk into the heart of town ! Three spacious bedrooms all with ceiling fans and located upstairs, the master bedroom has a beautiful ensuiteand TV , the main bathroom provides a bath and shower.    F ully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, open plan living area with air conditioning and a digital flat screen TV, outdoor courtyard garden area with BBQ facilities, interanal laundry with washing machine and dryer and double lockup garage with internal access.   Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, pets are allowed at this property,and no party policy in place.     Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan + TV  + Ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
