Otherwise, The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, Specially the Nepean Hospital 2 minutes walk and Penrith town centre 1.5 km away.

It is an apartment. Hospital patients and staff are sleeping in the neighbourhood after a hard day's work. Please be quiet and show respect. There is a strict no-party policy. Please don't book this property if you have any kind of party or get-together in mind. This property and this facility are only for working people, students or patients who visit Nepean hospital or guests who love a peaceful stay without giving stress to the host. You can literally walk to Nepean Hospital, which is just across the road. Nepean Town Centre is only 1.5 km away, and the Blue Mountains are within reach. There are restaurants conveniently located in the building. The apartment is highly secure and ideal for a quiet stay. If you prefer a peaceful environment, this is the perfect place for you.
