This is a comfortable, quiet, well-prepared apartment with all the necessary cooking and entertainment systems. There is a soundbar, a new digital TV, an air fryer, a coffee pod machine, cookware, and a BBQ on request. There is WIFI and a laundry. There is plenty of free on-street parking (it's quiet) just outside the apartment.

We use two apartments when we are in Melbourne, so we want them to be modern and delightful as well. I live out of town, but Colin is available.

Surryhills is delightful. Great parks for walking, golf, and other activities are nearby, including the Whitehorse Box Hill Aquatic and Sports Centre. There are all the shops nearby and great local restaurants, including the world-famous Box Hill Restaurant hub. Public transport is a couple of minutes away with Trams into the city.
