Getaway to this very comfortable two storey townhouse situated only 650m from Town Beach and 1.9 km to the Town Centre. In a small complex of 3 townhouses, this property offers everything you could ask for. Double lock-up garage with internal access, spacious open lounge/dining area, air conditioner and complimentary Wi Fi. The large kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher. Also on this level is the internal laundry with washer and a separate toilet. Relax and unwind after a busy day exploring in the lovely courtyard. Upstairs you will find the main bedroom including an ensuite with queen sized bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. The main bathroom includes a shower and bathtub. Bedding: Queen in main, double in 2nd and 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom. All linen included. Please note there is a refundable five hundred dollar security bond for this property and all card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.
