Ground Floor Secure parking with 2m Height and 2.5m width Laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. One bedroom featuring two single beds and clothing storage. First Floor Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, both offering ample clothing storage. One bedroom also includes a desk for added convenience. Two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Centralized air conditioning (heating & cooling) throughout all rooms. Second Floor Spacious living room with a comfortable lounge, a TV (non-smart), and a split air conditioner for added comfort. Dining area with a dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a capsule coffee machine. Please note: The property is accessible by stairs only.
