Please Note : We have been advised construction of a multi-storey apartment complex has commenced at 37-39 Moreton Parade with construction activity occurring through to the second half of the 2025 calendar year. During this time there will be construction noise from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 7am-5pm. During this time a crane may also be in operation overhead. Whilst the crane will not be load carrying over the property, the concrete weighted tail has been permitted to swing over the entire property.
Boasting a real Queensland beach feel the home offers timber floors in the open plan living area, large family sized kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The bedding configuration is: A king bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom and third room and set of bunks in the fourth with ceiling fans throughout. With a fully equipped kitchen, dinner can be created in a breeze.
