Hello and welcome! I’m Hai, and I’m delighted to share my Queenslander home in beautiful Graceville with travellers from around the world.
I love hosting because it brings people together-creating a comfortable, homely space where guests can relax, feel cared for, and enjoy the best of local Brisbane life.
When I’m not preparing the house or helping guests, you’ll often find me training for marathons along the river paths near Graceville. Running is one of my favourite ways to stay active and appreciate our beautiful neighbourhood.
If you’re a fellow runner, I’m always happy to share local running routes or even join for a light jog to explore the nearby parks and riverside trails.
I take pride in keeping the house spotless, peaceful, and welcoming, from fresh linens and thoughtful touches to helpful local tips. Whether you’re here for work, study, or leisure, I want you to feel completely at ease, like you’ve found your home away from home.
Welcome to Graceville, and I look forward to hosting (and maybe running) with you soon!
Warm regards,
Hai 🏃♂️
Welcome to Graceville, one of Brisbane’s most peaceful and picturesque riverside suburbs. Known for its leafy streets, traditional Queenslander homes, and friendly village feel, Graceville offers the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.
Guests love how easy it is to settle in here. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find cosy cafés, local restaurants, and scenic parks that make every morning feel like a getaway. Graceville Memorial Park is a local favourite for picnics or light exercise, and the Brisbane River walkway is perfect for running, cycling, or sunset strolls.
If you’re a food lover, try Honour Espresso or Boucher French Bistro, both within a few minutes of the house. For a sweet treat, Lick! Ice Cream never disappoints.
The neighbourhood is also well-connected, just a 5-minute walk to Graceville train station, with direct access to Brisbane CBD (about 20 minutes), or a short drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre for dining, cinemas, and shopping.
Graceville is especially beautiful in spring, when the jacaranda trees bloom and paint the streets purple, a perfect backdrop for your morning coffee or run.
If you enjoy being active, the area’s riverside trails are ideal for jogging or cycling. I often train for marathons here and am happy to share the best local running routes with guests who love the outdoors.
Whether you’re here to relax, explore Brisbane, or simply enjoy the slower rhythm of local life, Graceville offers a welcoming community and an authentic taste of Brisbane living.
