Although you can't access the beach directly from the property, you can walk along the headland for 10 minutes to stairs that lead down to the beach. Gerringong is a 7 minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants. Why choose 90 Ocean's Edge? 90 Ocean's Edge is located on the headland above Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa, within walking distance to the south end of Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River lagoon. You can hire kayaks from Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park. This property has some of the best views of Seven Mile Beach from the back deck. How is the property laid out? 90 Ocean's Edge is a single level property but is built up on posts to take advantage of the view. There is a ramp up to the front door. There are two bedrooms, one queen bedroom which can open up to the open plan dining/living room via the timber shutters. The second bedroom has two king single beds and one trundle bed. There is a bathroom/laundry with shower and washing machine. The living, dining and kitchen are all open plan with amazing views of the beach.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
